Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier (USPS), and once the package is handed over to the carrier, any delays or issues are outside of our control.

All orders are insured up to $100. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please reach out directly to USPS to file a claim. We will provide any necessary documentation to assist you in the claims process.
