All orders include shipping insurance of up to $100, subject to the coverage terms and eligibility requirements of the shipping service used.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If USPS tracking confirms that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local USPS office.

u-Glow Peptides is generally not responsible for theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery, except where responsibility is established under applicable law.

We will reasonably assist customers with available shipment information when investigating delivery concerns.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or handed over to USPS.
